This section is designed to serve as a source of information for citizens so that they fully understand their benefits and rights to fair and equal public services as provided by STAGE; specifically, as it relates to protections provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Siskiyou Transit and General Express (STAGE) is committed to ensuring that no person shall be excluded from the equal distribution of its services and amenities because of race or color or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Any person who believes she or he has been discriminated against may file a signed, written complaint within one hundred eighty (180) days of the date of alleged discrimination.
